Learning Format
Springboard’s learning format is a mix of online classes. The online classes are live and interactive.
Thinkful’s learning format is also online as well. The courses are self-paced, but there are weekly check-ins with an instructor.
Mentorship and Career Support
Springboard’s one-on-one mentorship is done by an industry professional. Thinkful’s mock interviews help you prepare for actual interviews. Both offer career coaching.

Springboard offers two scholarship options: the Diversity Scholarship and the Community Scholarship.

Springboard’s job guarantee program promises a refund of your tuition if you don’t get a job within six months of graduating. Of those who have completed the program, 96% have gotten jobs.
Thinkful does not have a job guarantee program, but its success rate is still high. 85% of Thinkful graduates get hired within 120 days of graduation.
